The Statuspage integration connects your AI agent to your Atlassian Statuspage account. Your AI agent can answer status questions in real time, show customers which components are affected during an incident, and let them know about upcoming maintenance windows.
Ideal for teams that want to reduce support volume during outages by giving customers instant, accurate status information without leaving the chat.
| Action | Description | Use |
|---|---|---|
| Get Current Status | Get the overall status of all services | Customer-facing |
| Get Active Incidents | List active and unresolved incidents | Customer-facing |
| Get Components | Check status of individual service components | Customer-facing |
| Get Scheduled Maintenance | See upcoming maintenance windows | Customer-facing |
| Subscribe Email | Subscribe an email to status updates | Customer-facing |
| Create Incident | Publish a new incident to the status page | CoPilot |
Before setting up the Statuspage integration, you'll need:
manage.statuspage.io/pages/abc123/pages/ is your page ID| Field | Description | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Page ID | Your Statuspage page identifier | abc123def456 |
| API Key | Your Statuspage API key | sp_xxxxxxxx |
After setup, test the integration by opening your AI agent widget and asking:
The AI should respond with live status data pulled directly from your Statuspage.
The page ID is found in your Statuspage URL, not the subdomain. Use the string after /pages/ in the dashboard URL.
Check that the API key belongs to the account that owns the page. Keys from other accounts will not have access to your page's data.
Make sure your components are published on your status page. Draft or hidden components will not appear in API responses.
