ChatSpark Introduces AI Operator, an Agentic Operations Layer for Customer Service Teams

ChatSpark, the AI-native customer service platform, today announced the launch of AI Operator, a new agentic operations layer that enables customer service teams to manage and optimize support operations through natural language conversations.

AI Operator is designed to eliminate much of the manual work associated with running modern customer service operations. Instead of navigating dashboards, exporting reports, configuring settings, and manually identifying optimization opportunities, teams can simply tell Operator what they want in plain language.

AI Operator reads live workspace data, proposes actions, and waits for user approval before making changes.
