We don't offer refunds because of the costs associated with running and training the chatbot(s), including server, storage, and API expenses. However, you can try our Basic plan with a 14-day free trial to see if it's right for you.

When you sign up for your trial of ChatSpark, you'll have access to all features on the ChatSpark Basic plan.

If you choose to cancel your subscription before the trial ends you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your data, setup, and account remain intact. You'll be billed on the normal monthly cycle.
