An AI Agent is trained on data you provide and answers questions based on that knowledge. You can train it using Website URLs, Documents, or Raw Text.
Every question you send and every reply from your AI Agent counts as one message. Most AI Agents use 1 message credit per reply. If you have enabled the advanced AI model on a Pro or Enterprise plan, each reply uses 20 message credits.
Your message limit resets on the first of every calendar month, regardless of when you subscribed. If you sign up on June 15th, your messages reset on July 1st.
ChatSpark counts approximately 750 words as one page across all training data types. A typical PDF page, website article, or document section falls well within this range. Your plan's page limit applies per AI Agent.
You have the option of training your Conversational AI Agents with Individual Website URLs, Whole Websites, PDFs, CSV, DOC, DOCX, PPT, PPTX, YouTube transcripts, Raw Text, and Google Docs. We're working on adding Video, Audio, and more sources in the future.
You're free to build and train your Conversational AI Agents however you see fit — all Website URLs, all PDFs, all Google Docs, or a mixture of different data types.
Each AI Agent can be deployed to one website or communication channel. Basic and Plus plans each include one AI Agent for website use. Pro plans support additional channels including Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, and Slack, with one AI Agent per channel. Enterprise plans are tailored to your deployment needs.
No, but you can create another AI Agent trained on the same data and add it to your other website.
Each AI Agent is dedicated to one communication channel. If you want to be on your website and WhatsApp, you need two AI Agents on two plans. This keeps each AI Agent focused and performing at its best for its specific channel.
Yes, you can hold as many plans as your business needs, all managed under one account. Each plan you add gives you another AI Agent and stacks its limits on your existing totals. If your needs grow beyond several Pro plans, our Enterprise plan offers bespoke limits and unlimited AI Actions built around your business.
Yes, every plan you add stacks on top of your existing totals. More plans means more messages, more pages, more AI Actions, and on Pro plans, more team seats. There is no cap on how many plans you can hold. If you find yourself managing four or more Pro plans, contact us about Enterprise for bespoke limits and unlimited AI Actions tailored to your business needs.
Yes. Each AI Agent handles one communication channel, so deploying across multiple channels means adding a plan for each one. All your AI Agents are managed from the same account.
Yes, the Unbranded ChatSpark Widget is available in our Pro & Enterprise plans.
Yes. Choosing annual billing saves you 14% compared to paying month to month. That works out to nearly two months free over the course of a year.
We do not offer refunds. Because AI Agents are trained and infrastructure is provisioned from the moment you sign up, we are unable to reverse those costs. If you are unsure, we recommend starting with our 14-day free trial on the Basic plan before committing to a paid plan.
Your 14-day trial gives you full access to the Basic plan. A credit card is required to start, but you will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you owe nothing.
If you choose to cancel your subscription before the trial ends you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, your data, setup, and account remain intact. You'll be billed on the normal monthly cycle.

Yes, you can change, upgrade, or add a new plan through your account page.
Yes. Add a new plan or upgrade your existing one from your account page. Each plan includes one AI Agent slot. If you hold multiple plans, all your AI Agents get access to the features of your highest active plan.
Yes. Any agent you have already created works in the CoPilot browser extension. Select it from the agent picker and get answers from your knowledge base while working in Gmail, Zendesk, or any browser tab. For the full CoPilot experience, we recommend creating a dedicated agent using the CoPilot Agent Type. A CoPilot agent is optimized for internal team use, removes all customer-facing settings, and unlocks CoPilot Analytics. Creating a dedicated CoPilot agent requires an additional plan slot.
The CoPilot Agent Type is a dedicated agent mode for internal team use. Setting an agent to the CoPilot type removes all customer-facing settings (branding, welcome messages, lead capture forms) and enables a direct, team-focused response style with a tailored personality generator. CoPilot agents appear at the top of the extension agent picker with a CoPilot badge, and unlock a CoPilot Analytics dashboard showing team sessions, time saved, response utilization, and top team members.
