Overview
The EasyAgentIDX integration brings real-time MLS listing search to your AI agent. Website visitors can describe what they're looking for in natural language, and your AI Agent will search available properties and present matching listings as an interactive carousel.
This integration is ideal for real estate agents using EasyAgentIDX who want to give buyers an intelligent property search experience directly through their website chat widget.
Prerequisites
- An active EasyAgentIDX account (any plan)
- At least one approved MLS board connection in EasyAgentIDX
- A ChatSpark account with AI Actions enabled
How it works
EasyAgentIDX generates a secure Integration Token for your account. You paste that token into the EasyAgentIDX AI Action settings in ChatSpark. When a visitor asks a property question, ChatSpark calls your EasyAgentIDX listing feed in real time — no manual data export or sync required. Listings are always current.
Setup
- Log in to your EasyAgentIDX dashboard.
- Navigate to Settings → Integrations → ChatSpark.
- Click Generate Integration Token. A token starting with
csi_will appear. - Copy the token — it will not be shown again.
- In ChatSpark, go to AI Actions, find EasyAgentIDX, and click Add to Agent.
- Paste the token into the Integration Token field. Enter your website URL and click Save.
- Enable the action on your chatbot and test it in sandbox mode.

What your AI agent can do
- Search active MLS listings by location, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage
- Filter by property type (single-family, condo, townhouse, and more)
- Retrieve full details for a specific property when a visitor asks a follow-up question
- Show similar properties to one a visitor is viewing
- Present results as a clickable listing carousel with photos, price, and a direct link to the property page
Troubleshooting
- No listings returned: Confirm that at least one MLS board is approved in EasyAgentIDX and that your board has active listings. Boards in a pending approval state will not return data.
- Authentication error: The token may have been rotated. Generate a new token in EasyAgentIDX → Settings → Integrations → ChatSpark, then update it in the ChatSpark AI Action settings.
- Property detail or similar listings not loading: This requires your chatbot to be on a plan that supports AI Actions with the EasyAgentIDX action enabled. Verify the action is enabled for the chatbot in question.
