Channels Overview
ChatSpark supports multiple deployment channels — each AI agent you create is assigned to a specific platform. When creating an agent, you select itsAI Agent Type from the Settings tab.

Each AI agent is deployed to a single platform. To serve customers on multiple channels, create separate agents for each platform — they can share the same training data. Multi-channel deployment is available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Begin with the website widget, then create additional agents for other platforms as you learn what your customers prefer.
The most popular deployment option — add a chat bubble to your website:

To deploy, go to My AI Agents, click the code icon on your agent, enter your domain(s), and copy the embed script. See the Getting Started guide for full instructions.
WhatsApp Business
Connect your WhatsApp Business account for instant messaging support:

Requires a WhatsApp Business API account. Personal WhatsApp numbers cannot be connected.
Facebook Messenger

Freshchat is an add-on integration for Website agents, not a separate platform type. It enables the best of both worlds: AI efficiency with human backup when needed.

You can enable either Calendly or Square Appointments, but not both on the same agent.
Zapier (5000+ Apps)
Connect ChatSpark Lead Capture to virtually any app via Zapier. When a lead is captured, automatically push their details and message to:

Enable Zapier in your agent's Settings under Lead Capture. Get started at zapier.com/apps/chatspark.
Use Lead Capture with Zapier to automatically create support tickets in Zendesk, HappyFox, or Freshdesk. The customer's contact info and message are included, so your team has full context before responding.
